CHC chosen as Best Home Health Care- Leader Herald Reader's Choice Award

CHC was recently named Number 1 Home Health Care in the Leader Herald's Reader's Choice Awards!

Community Relations Coordinator Anne Boles said the staff is focused on providing the best care to patients after a hospital or rehab stay.  "We have a great staff that really provides the patient-centered care we focus on.  We want to provide the best transition we can."

Boles and Millie Ferriter, Executive Director of CHC, are very honored to receive this award.  "We are Honored that the community has recognized the work we do.  We are going to continue to serve our communities with enhanced programs."
