Sponsorship Opportunites Available for 10th Annual Nurse's Recognition Celebration

Sponsorship opportunities are available for area businesses and organizations that want to show support for nurses who work or live in Fulton and Montgomery counties.
Sponsorships have been the foundation for Community Health Center's Fulton/Montgomery Nurses' Recognition Celebration, this year set for May 9th. The celebration draws an average of 150 professional nurses from all settings of care.
The event is an "evening out" for registered and licensed professional nurses in recognition of their dedication, compassion and hard work, and admission is free.
The celebration will be held at the Perthshire, starting at 5:30 p.m., and will kick off national nurses' week. The week is marked each year starting on May 6 and ending on May 12, the date of nursing pioneer Florence Nightingale's birthday.
CHC's Nurse of Excellence Committee Chair Anne Boles said:
"We are now moving into our tenth year of organizing the celebration, and it is still as exciting as ever. Thanks to our many sponsors for their continued support, and we are looking forward to having the program at the Perthshire, and have MedRock as our entertainment. We are proud to host the event, and recognize all the areas nursing professionals, the agencies, and hospitals that have been supporting us throughout the years. We are happy to come together and celebrate some of the area's most hard working and often under-appreciated caregivers – our nurses – to receive a big thank you for the way they selflessly care for our families, friends and neighbors in health care facilities and in patient homes on a daily basis."
Several tiered sponsorship opportunities are available for the event, including the top level Champion of Nursing sponsorship, which offers a chance to make a welcoming statement to the event attendees, be recognized in the event program, receive public recognition, and set up a display table at the venue.
In-kind sponsorships are also available, and have included donation of raffle prizes, hors d'oeuvres, entertainment, flowers, gifts for attendees and more.
