CHC recognized as a 2014 Top Workplace in the Capital Region!

CHC is proud to announce that we are a 2014 Top Workplace!  The Times Union Top Workplaces Awards Presentation was at The Desmond, in Albany On April 24th . 

Community Health Center was selected as one the top workplaces of medium sized companies in the Capital District. 

For 3 years the Times Union has partnered with Workplace Dynamics to put together a Top Workplaces report.  Employers are categorized by size (Small: 35-149 employees, Midsize: 150-499 employees , and Large: 500+ employees), then they are ranked based solely on the employee responses to the survey statements.  Over 600 businesses are nominated, and after calcuating the survey results, 45 workplaces are named to the list.  They are work places that value employee input, make people feel appreciated, and foster a sense of connection.  CHC is very proud to be on this list!!  Thank you to our employees, we make a great team!!
