(Come for 1 hour, or come for the day. We’re flexible!)
Pre-Admission Screening
Heart & Home will provide an
in-home pre-admission screening,
conducted by program staff, to ensure that each customer’s needs can be met.
Meals & Snacks
A hot, homemade lunch is available
daily at a miniminal fee, prepaid.
Snacks, coffee, tea and juice
are provided at no charge.
Transportation
We will gladly help you facilitate
transportation through our connections
with local taxi companies, and
regional senior transportation services.
