All full-time and part-time employees
are eligible to enroll in health and dental insurance coverage effective
on the first (lst) day of the subsequent month following his or her
first day of employment.

GROUP LIFE INSURANCE
- Community Health Center provides for full-time employees only group
life insurance coverage equal to twice the employee's annual salary.
This life insurance is effective following one year of full-time employment.
403B
RETIREMENT PLAN - All full and part-time employees are eligible
to participate in the agency sponsored 403(b) plan through payroll deduction.
The agency will start its discretionary contribution in the employee's
403(b) plan after one full year of full-time or part-time employment.
TUITION ALLOWANCE
- Full-time employees - $400.00 per semester or $800.00 per year. Part-time
employees - $300.00 per semester or $600.00 per year for job-related
courses.
VACATION TIME -
· Non-exempt: First year - 6.75 hours/month.
· Exempt: First year - 10 hours/month.
SICK TIME - Full-time
employees - 8 hours per month; Part-time employees - based on number of
hrs. worked.
PERSONAL TIME - Five
personal days are provided for all full-time employees each year. Three
personal days are provided for all part-time employees. Personal days
are allocated quarterly.
BEREAVEMENT TIME
- Up to three days for immediate family and 1 day, day of funeral, for
mother-in-law or father-in-law.
HOLIDAYS - New Year's
Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas
Day. If a holiday falls on a Saturday, it is observed on Friday; if
the holiday falls on a Sunday, it is observed on Monday.
